The Rotunda
The gracious Rotunda has played host to more than one hundred years of social and corporate gatherings. The majestic dome-shaped structure was built in 1904 and hosted the crème de la crème of Victorian society. Today, the building blends the architectural splendor of Victorian Cape Town with the latest technological conveniences. The Rotunda’s high-ceilinged expanse provides flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of functions such as, product launches, cocktail parties, fashion shows, weddings, barmitzvahs, banquets and dinners. As wells as being a popular conference and exhibition venue.
Due to the size and capacity of the venue, a minimum of 100 guests will be charged for.
The Conference Room
The Conference Room, at The Bay Hotel, is a particular versatile meeting area, suitable for a small conference, breakfast / cocktail presentations or seminars. The furnishings in the Conference Room are comfortable and functional with a fireplace to take the chill out of winter occasions.
Sandy B
Newly refurbished Sandy B is a unique cocktail venue, accentuated by its glorious views of Camps Bay beachfront. With wooden
loungers bordering the rim flow pool, positioned at the end of the expansive wooden deck, guests are beckoned to relax with cocktails and appreciate
the atmosphere.
In winter, a fire is lit and guests are invited to enjoy sporting events on a big screen, when guests can support their favourite team while light
meals can be ordered from the Deli. Heating up at sunset, cocktail hour is a vibrant time, setting the tone for the rest of an exciting evening in
trendy Camps bay.
The Boardroom
The Boardroom at The Bay Hotel is ideal should you be looking for a conference venue in Camps Bay. It is furnished with trapezoid-shaped tables that allow for a wide variety of room set-ups.
These can range from small groupings of six for a very comfortable breakfast seminar, to the basic boardroom and U-shape meeting styles. The
Boardroom is also suitable for small cocktail functions, intimate breakfasts and lunch functions
A minimum of 10 guests will be charged for due to size and capacity of the venue.
